Green Tea Noodles
Rice noodles are mixed with matcha and spirulina to give them their lovely, light green color and serve with soy sauce, hot sauce, and sesame oil, based on your taste preferences.
A traditional Japanese dish Sashimi is fresh, raw fish that is sliced very thinly and served uncooked usually served with daikon radish, pickled ginger, wasabi and soy sauce as the first course in a meal.
